The property was well maintained and the amenities were excellent. The one major issue I had was purchasing tickets to go to Colonial Williamsburg. They gave me a deal however neglected that it was a sale pitch. Once I got back to the home I realized and decided not to go, however, I was still charged 40.00. Seemed like a scam to me. Still waiting to be reimbursed for this money.

Club Wyndham Patriots Place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room (or rather, rooms) was massive and had all the appliances and much more than what we expected. There were two televisions, a full sized kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher and a dining room. There were two bathrooms.

The room was a good size for the three of us, the beds were really comfortable, the place was extremely clean and the staff was always friendly (except the concierge was not always courteous, but she was the only one acting this way). Also, we don't know what was going on with her personal life.

Very nice place.....room was much bigger than I was expecting....and I expect a lot. Brand new appliances in kitchen and OMG the bed was absolutely amazing. We travel a lot....and this was by far the most comfortable bed ever....balcony was a nice touch even though no view except for trees.

I booked a studio efficiency with King bed. The room and grounds were immaculate. The kitchen well stocked. The pool area & fire pit was very nice and pretty. I forgot to turn my ice maker on and a nice gentleman from the office brought me a bag of ice at 11:00 pm!
